Wolfpack Bundles (“Wolfpack”, “we”, “our”) provides a Shopify app for building product bundles. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices merchants and shoppers have.
Information we collect
Merchant data: when you install the app, Shopify shares your store information (store name, contact email, plan, currency), the products and collections you configure in bundles, and the orders that include a bundle.
Shopper data: when a shopper interacts with a bundle widget, we record anonymous session events (bundle loaded, item added, checkout initiated). We do not collect PII from shoppers directly.
How we use it
- To render the bundle widget on your storefront.
- To compute pricing and inventory via Shopify Cart Transform.
- To power your bundle analytics (funnel, attribution, revenue).
- To provide support when you contact us.
Data retention
We retain your bundle configurations and analytics while your subscription is active. If you uninstall the app, we delete your configuration data within 30 days. Analytics rollups may be retained anonymized for product improvement.
